Do you like "When my name was Keoko"?

I do not like "When my name was Keoko", because it is not my type of novel, it has no real suspense, and it is not my taste. I prefer action packed/ suspenseful books, unlike "When my name was Keoko", it is quite short, and about a topic that I am not really interested in. Furthermore, I can not relate to the characters as much as I can with other novels, with details that I find uninteresting. In conclusion, I do not like "When my name was Keoko"

The Fire of Ares

The Fire of Ares describes the journey of young Lysander, grandson of one of the most powerful men in Sparta, who carries the blood of a noble Spartan, and son of a Helot slave. As Lysander treats for his ill mother, the Fire of Ares, his only token from his deceased father, is stolen. As he searches for it, his grandfather finds him, and arranges him to enter Spartan training, in hope of representing him in the up coming festival. Lysander is bullied because of his Helot heritage, but he sucked it up and pushed on. When the festivals arrive, he is chosen in the team, and eventually wins it... But he doesnt know that a rebellion is coming his way, what will he do? Will he protect his Helot friends, or let his Spartan instinct take control?

What I visualized when I read "When my name was Keoko"

When I was reading "When my name was Keoko," I visualized Tae-yul flying on the plane, and the glider, and how Omoni wailed when she read the letter sent by Taeyul. I also visualized Tae-yul flying from the base, with everyone saluting him and his crew.
